The Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) service provides individuals with confidential counseling sessions designed to understand their concerns, address their needs, and support informed decision-making, particularly regarding rapid HIV and Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) testing.
The service follows a rights-based and client-centered approach built on three core principles: confidentiality, privacy, and free access. It also includes health education, initial psychosocial support, and referral to specialized medical services when required.
