The FOCCEC PDT Plan 2021-2025 aims to enhance the sustainability of high-quality services provided to people living with HIV (PLHIV) and key populations (KPs). This is achieved through a set of objectives and activities focused on improving access to health services, enhancing HIV/STI prevention interventions, and strengthening public-private partnerships. The plan also seeks to reduce stigma and discrimination against PLHIV/KPs by increasing public awareness and advocating for their rights. Progress is tracked through various indicators such as the number of service users, the percentage change in HIV/STI cases, and the number of people trained in reproductive health and HIV. Data is collected quarterly and annually through FOCCEC records, reviews, and surveys, comparing targets with actual results. Emphasis is also placed on strengthening health services by integrating HIV and reproductive health services and increasing the number of trained personnel. Through workshops and awareness campaigns, FOCCEC aims to enhance public understanding and reduce discrimination against PLHIV/KPs, while effectively monitoring progress in implementing various activities.
