Clothing should be professional and not revealing or tight, and excessive makeup or conspicuous nail polish should be avoided.Skirts and dresses must be of an appropriate length, not exceeding knee height. Sportswear and casual shoes are prohibited. Clothing or bags bearing political slogans or phrases, symbols of specific groups, or references to a particular nationality or ethnicity are prohibited. Visible tattoos must be covered when interacting with beneficiaries and donors, and accessories may be worn as long as they are not conspicuous.For hijab, it is recommended that it be of a discreet style and color, and service providers are required to wear the organization's jacket.In the event of a violation of the policy, the organization will take escalating action, starting with a warning to the employee, followed by temporary suspension in the event of a repeat offense, and ending with termination of employment for continued noncompliance.
